Hello, dear readers! It’s so good to be back.
I’ve been on a long hiatus but figured it was time to finally bring SallyHomemaker.com back online.
I think I’ve had a really good excuse for being away so long. My son, who I’ve homeschooled from the beginning, is now in the 8th grade and I’m the Director for his class in the program we participate in, Classical Conversations, which means not only am I having to stay on the ball to make sure he’s getting his own schoolwork done, but I’m also responsible for helping introduce new content each week to the five other families who have children in my class.
It is an amazing program and I can’t speak highly enough about it, but to say it’s a lot of work would be a huge understatement.
Second to that, I’ve also been busy with my regular “day job” as a website developer and I’ve been doing my usual research and article writing for some of my other sites and … and this part is kind of a big deal … I’m about to publish the fourth novel in my Adam Fletcher Adventure Series!
So, I apologize for putting this site on hold if you’ve enjoyed visiting SallyHomemaker.com in the past. I want you to know that I’m going to make every effort to publish at least one new article or recipe a month going forward. (Hopefully, I’ll post more often that that, but we’ll just have to see.)
